Our objective is to purchase vacant residential properties and then reconstruct them into fully self-contained high quality spacious one room apartments. These will be provided on a long lease, low rent basis to people in need.

All services (water, sewerage, electricity etc.) are already in place, saving time in the construction process. Planning permission for the renovation of an existing building is not as time-consuming as for a new build.

The living and kitchen area will be combined with only a dividing partition between the bedroom and living area. The toilet, wash basin and shower will be a ready- to-fit unit.
